Volume 8:1 is now available online!

We are happy to announce that vol. 8, issue 1 has been published and is now available online.

Our latest issue, titled "Concepts of Empire and Imperialism", with an introduction about The Longue Durée of Empire written by Jörn Leonhard, offers a globe- trotting, time- traveling tour of past concepts of empire and imperialism: starting with the Ottoman empire- the volume embarks with articles by Marc Aymes on the inclusion of Ottoman studies within imperial studies and Einar Wigen on the Ottoman concepts of empire, the journey then continues through early 20th century Denmark- in Christian Egander Skov's article on the concept of "Rige", and ends with Zira Box's Article on the concept of imperialism in early Francoist Spain.
Bon Voyage!
